ProSynFest is a once every decade meeting that celebrates the research since the discovery of the ubiquitous marine cyanobacteria Synechococcus and Prochlorococcus. Abstracts for priority consideration as oral presentations at the ProSynFest2020 meeting are due October 31.
ProSynFest2020 is scheduled for 17-19 March 2022 at the Córdoba Conference and Convention Center (Córdoba, Spain). Also planned is a March 16 techniques workshop geared towards the methodology of working with Synechococcus and Prochlorococcus. Consistent with current local, federal and international safety and travel guidelines as well as other international meetings, all in-person participants are expected to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Remote participation options are available.

A limited number of travel grants will be available for students after a selection by the international committee based on the information during registration. Eligible candidates must indicate their interest for such a grant at the time of registration by clicking in the relevant box.
