Exposure scenarios

Italian bathing waters are infested by cyanobacterial species that produce cyanotoxins CTX (mainly MCs and in limited areas ATX-a and CYN). Hence our attention has been focused on these CTX and on cyanobacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPS) endotoxins, common to all species.
